A sculptural curve through the stairwell

The white metal balustrades rise in sweeping curves around the stairwell, giving the staircase its distinctive helical form. Open risers allow views between the oak treads, while the shaped metal panels define the edges of each flight.

Oak treads and a continuous handrail

The natural grain of the oak treads adds warmth against the white metal. A continuous oak handrail follows the curved balustrade, bringing the timber and metal details together from the lower flight to the upper landing.
